Overview
We are a chartered accountancy firm based on the Teams Valley in Gateshead.
We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator on a permant basis, to join our growing payroll bureau.
The successful candidate will report direct to payroll manager and be responsible for delivering accurate end to end payroll services on a weekly and monthly basis for an allocated group of clients.
Reception cover as and when needed.
Good communication skills and attention to details are required.
Duties
- Process weekly and monthly payroll ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Dealing directly with client payroll queries, in timely and professional manner.
- Monthly CIS subcontractor submissions.
- Nest pension and auto enrolment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within payroll berueu.
- Knowledge of Bright pay preferred but training can be given.
- Must be able to manage own time and complete tasks to professional standard.
- Good time keeper and good communcation skills
